What data we process

• Contact form data — name, email address, company, and your message. Provided by you, used solely to respond to your enquiry.
• Technical data — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested pages) to deliver the site securely. We do not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or to take steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Enquiry data is kept no longer than 24 months, unless a business relationship follows.

Processors

• Formspree, Inc. — processes contact form submissions on our behalf.
• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and provides security services.

Both providers process data under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@stratexgroup.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
